Sara received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Mass Communications emphasis in Public Relations from Black Hills State University. After working in various non-profits around Rapid City, she has landed at Thrive Acupuncture and Wellness (and a couple other rad part-time gigs around town).

She is the proud mother of Lucy Day, an eclectic, creative child that brings joy everywhere she goes. Her husband, Chris, is the bass player in Judd Hoos and a rockstar Digital Media guy at HomeSlice Media. She is a part time employee but a full-time foster mama that enjoys welcoming new, smiling faces into her home and fur-mom to Bella and two rescue puppies, Gus and Ruby.
